Working/General Foreman – Dublin

CSR group is looking for an experienced Working Foreman for a Project in County Dublin. The company is a medium sized company who have projects in Residential, commercial, refurb. Looking for a hands on Foreman to join a great company that has been delivering superb quality projects within the Dublin area for 20 years.

The project itself is to upgrade fire prevention on buildings in the city centre.

The Role 

• Responsible for the day to day running of the site.
• Maintaining the highest of health and safety standards on site
• Managing trades and labour
• Maintaining Site Diary
• Attending all relevant meetings
• Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager
• Ordering of supplies

The Person

• Preferably from a trade background
• Previous Residential experience
• Excellent communicator both verbal and written
• Proficient IT skills
• 5 + years in a similar role
• Keen eye for detail
• Good team leader
