Valuations Surveyor

·         Salary: £27,500 - £35,000

·         Belfast City Centre

·         3+ years’ experience

This is an excellent opportunity for a Surveyor to join this third generation Belfast based company, operating since 1895. The successful surveyor will have some experience in residential (preferable) or commercial surveys in Northern Ireland, and will be keen to join a company whereby they will be provided the opportunity to thrive in the local NI market.

They will be a strong communicator, have a good eye for detail and be able to work off their own initiative. Preferably they will have a good knowledge already of the market and have the ability to work hard and meet deadlines.

The day to day will include residential valuation work, home buyer reports, bank values and lease renewals to name a few things and they will be working alongside an experienced expert in the industry. Ideally with around 3-5 years’ experience already with experience in the industry, but ready to take the next step in their career.

Requirements

·         RICS accredited degree

·         Full driving license
