Job Role: Sustainability Manager – Dublin

The CSR Group has been retained by one of Irelands leading Main Contractors who Operate across Ireland and the UK.

This Company is looking to take on a sustainability manager who is well versed in their field and has a strong understanding of the role and regulations that need to be upheld.

This a great opportunity to take on a leading role in a leading company and implement a top-down approach on keeping the sustainability to a high standard. This is a €300+ million project based on the East of Dublin.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in the industry preferably 5+ years and adequate qualifications.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Undertaking Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology (BREEAM) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) assessments
• Completing sustainability plans
• Initiating renewable energy assessments
• Advising on the latest low or zero-carbon technologies
• Conducting site assessments and producing reports on findings

Skills and Qualifications:

• Recognised Degree or Diploma
• 4+ years in similar role
• Full drivers licence
• Understanding of environmental and social sustainability
• Knowledge of sustainability best practices and regulations
• Previous construction experience
