We are seeking a Spotter for a high-intensity fit-out project. You will manage the safe movement of machinery and materials within the building and at loading bays.

Key Responsibilities

• Exclusion Zones: Managing ground-level safety while MEWPs are in operation, ensuring no personnel walk beneath high-level works.
• Vehicle Attendant: Guiding delivery vehicles at loading bays to ensure the safe off-loading of fit-out materials (glass, joinery, etc.).
• Internal Logistics: Monitoring narrow corridors and doorways during the transit of heavy plant to prevent collisions.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spotter on Irish sites.
• Certifications: Valid Safe Pass card is essential.
• Manual Handling: In-date certificate (Training can be provided if necessary).
• PPE: Must have own standard PPE (Hard hat, High-vis, Steel-toe boots).
• Skillset: Proven ability to follow complex safety instructions and work within a highly regulated, high-quality finish environment.
