Social Value Co- Ordinator 

Location - Magherafelt 


Responsibilities:

• Assist with Social Value Bid Submissions. Understand and align client social value requirements with Henry Brothers capabilities, influencing and creating the most impactful opportunities for lasting social value.

• Monitor and report on Social Value outcomes on contracts

• Assist with the awareness of Social Value requirements

• Record Social Value activities on Sustain IQ and SV Portal, and client-led Social Value reporting systems

• Work effectively with colleagues to coordinate and support social value commitments

• Assist with local employment, apprenticeship, training placement and school engagements opportunities as part of the Social Value Delivery KPI's

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders and community groups.

• Work with supply chain partners to develop social value action plans and support the delivery of these on contracts.

• Work with the communications team to coordinate internal and external communication of social sustainability activities.

• Represent the company at industry events and forums, promoting our social value initiatives.

• Stay updated with policy changes, frameworks (e.g., TOMs, National Social Value Measurement), and emerging best practices in social value management. Skills and Personal Attributes

• Strong skills in building relationships and working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
