Site manager- Limerick
The role
Our client a company with a 160-year history spanning three centuries of construction expertise has an opportunity for a site manager. The project based in Limerick is for a private hospital with a valuation of €30 million for a length of 18 months. If you are, a site manager and want to make a career move were you will be valued do not hesitate to apply. You will make full use of your experience and skills with a wide and varied remit
Role and responsibilities
· Responsible for all on-site matters, reviewing progress of contracts with project manager.
· Ensure that work complies with building regulations as well as other legal requirements
· Checking and preparing site reports, drawings and designs.
· Implement Safety System and establish an excellent safety culture on your project.
Criteria
· 5 years’ experience
· Must be an effective communicator both oral and written
· Career minded, energetic and enthusiastic.
· Excellent delegation and organisational skills
· Effective at solving problems.
