The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity for a Site Managers to work permanently in the Greater Dublin area on social housing projects due to start in the next 2 -4 weeks. The Building Contractor has operating for the last 40 years gaining an excellent reputation for their standard of finished projects.

The successful Site Managers will be involved with initial site set up through to handovers of all houses on social housing schemes ranging from 12 to 60 units.

Highly competitive salary on offer along with package, van and fuel. (Around £50k)

Accommodation provided for candidates from Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to deliver project on time and to perfection
• To provide accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information
• To manage and motivate site teams
• Conduct risk assessment
• Ensuring end product meets customer expectation in relation to build and finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Produce reports on job progress
• Reporting to Construction Director

Requirements:

• Ideally come from an Engineering background
• Ability to work under one's own initiative
• Self-motivated hard worked
• Strong team building skills
• Analytical and decision making skills
• Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry is important
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint and industry specific software
• Strong budgeting and financial management skills
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills
