Ideally the candidates will have a good timberframe and traditional house building background, experience producing 20+ units a year and a keen eye for detail.

Packages around £45-55k plus van & fuel.

Immediate starts available.

Requirements

• Ideally from a trade background
• Experience in large social housing projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £1.5M worth of work

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Contracts Manager level.
