The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Ireland’s medium sized commercial and residential developers. The company, based in Northern Ireland are currently recruiting for a Site Manager/Supervisor for a social housing project near Strabane, Co. Tyrone, ideally the candidates will have a good house building background and a keen eye for detail. With this role you will be working on a large multi-unit residential social housing project.

Packages around £35-40k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• Ideally from a trade or engineering background
• Experience in housing projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £1M worth of work
• First Aid Course

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Director level.
