The company are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a multi-year project in Donaghadee, ideally the candidate will have a good house building background and a keen eye for detail, with experience in private house builds.

With this role you will be working on a large private housing development.

Packages around £45-55k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• Ideally from a trade background
• Extensive experience in housing projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £2M worth of work

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Project Manager level
