The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with a medium sized private residential developer for a new project in Carryduff. The company are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a large private timberframe housing project already half way through its first phase, with about 48 months work on the project left handing over approx. 50 units a year

Ideally, the candidates will have a good house building background and a keen eye for detail.

Packages around £45-55k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• At least 4 years’ experience in housing projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £1M worth of work
• First Aid Course
• Site Managers Card

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Contracts Manager level.
