Site Manager – Kildare

CSR Group are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for a refurb, demo and partial new build project in County Kildare.

The company itself has been growing from strength to strength over the last 20 years delivering quality projects in the Commercial, Industrial, Education, Leisure and Residential sectors and have had contracts with both private and public clients.

Our client is looking for a person to take this project through to the end, someone who can lead from the front, communicate effectively with the team, keep the project on course with budget and time while making sure all Health & safety procedures are being followed. Take responsibility for the day to day running of the site and work closely with the directors with programmes running forward.

The Person

• 5yrs+ experience as a Site Manager
• Engineering/Trade background would be highly beneficial
• Keen eye for detail
• The ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while keeping a firm eye on quality
• Strong focus on health and safety
• Excellent communicator
