The company are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a multi-year project in Newtownards, ideally, the candidate will have an excellent residential background and a keen eye for detail, with experience in multi-unit, private, timberframe projects.

Packages around £50-60k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• Ideally from a trade background
• Extensive experience timberframe housing projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £3M worth of work 

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Contracts Manager level.
