CSR Construction has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to work on a large scale, New Build project in Belfast. The Contractor requires the Site Manager to have extensive experience in the day to day running of a busy large scale residential project.

With over 50 years' experience in the local market this position will provide an excellent career path in a thriving construction company. Applicants must have a proven track record working on projects valued £2M+.

Criteria

• Detailed project list of contracts £2M+
• Commercially aware, extensive knowledge of all disciplines involved in the construction process
• Thorough knowledge of H&S procedures
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Computer literate
• Supervisors Card

Duties

• Working Closely with the Project Manager and Site Engineer
• Management of Sub - Contractors and Direct Staff
• Key role in supervision of all works
• Carryout H&S checks
• Deliver progress reports and lead management meetings
