The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with a medium sized residential contractor for a new project in Enniskillen. The company are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a large private timberframe housing project already half way through its first phase, with about 12months work on handing over approx. 30 units.

Planning approved for another 150 units.

Ideally, the candidates will have a good house building background and a keen eye for detail.

Packages around £40-45k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• At least 4 years’ experience in housing projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £2M worth of work
• First Aid Course
• Site Managers Card 

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Contracts Manager level.
