Site Manager required for a one off residential project near Dungannon.

Project consists of:

• Extension and renewal of existing kitchen ( 2 nr new single storey extensions to either side of existing structure)
• Extension to existing sunroom.
• Extension to and alterations to existing entrance and carports
• External groundworks landscaping & gardens re configuration.
• Main residence will remain occupied throughout the works.

Candidate must have the following attributes:

• Experienced general building / construction foreman.
• Previous experience of propping / pinning , underpinning and temporary works
• Understanding of temporary works
• Health and safety aware
• Attention to detail
• Ability to read and understand construction and engineering drawings and details.
• Reliability ,Trustworthiness and discretion
• Enthusiastic with a can do, attitude
• Good communication skills
