The CSR Group have an immediate requirement with one of Northern Ireland’s medium sized residential developers. The company, based in Northern Ireland are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a project in Belfast, ideally the candidate will have a good joinery background and a keen eye for detail. With this role you will be working on a care home project initially for 4-5 months.

Packages around £30-40k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• Ideally from a trade background
• Experience in housing and commercial projects would be advantageous
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £1M worth of work
• FM & M&E knowledge would be desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Contracts Management level.
