The multi award winning contractor will provide the successful Site Manager the opportunity to head a construction team on a large scale RC Frame residential project, valued around £50M+.

Packages at £50-60k

Role

• Reporting to the Project Manager
• Provide technical support
• Influential in key decision making
• Maintain continuous professional development to ensure appropriate technical awareness

Requirements

• Experienced track record managing projects valued £30M+
• High Rise RC Frame Experience required
• Provide a detailed Project List for New Build Contracts
• Strong IT Skills
