The company, with work throughout the region are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a 6 unit apartment project in Belfast, ideally the candidates will have a good multi storey building experience on tight construction sites.

Candidates with Self Erect or Tower Crane tickets desired.

Packages around £35-45k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• Ideally from a trade or engineering background
• Experience on social housing apartment projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £1M worth of work
• First Aid Course
• Crane Ticket

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Operate crane as and when required
• Reporting to Director level.
