The CSR Group have an immediate requirement with one of Northern Ireland’s medium sized building contractors. The company, based in Northern Ireland are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a project in Armagh, ideally the candidate will have a good engineering background and a keen eye for detail. With this role you will be working on a educational project for a 12 month programme of works.

Packages around £35-45k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• Ideally from an engineering background
• Experience in large commercial projects would be advantageous
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £3M worth of work

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Managing Director level.
