Site Manager- Mayo

Our client ne of the leading main contractors in Ireland are currently seeking a Site Nager with strong finishing/fit-out experience to join their team for a hotel project in Mayo.

This project has a €30 million valuation and is due to last until summer 2026. This is a permanent role.

If you are a site manager based in the west of Ireland we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis
• Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and track progress
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors

Requirements

• Excellent organisation & time management skills
• Thorough knowledge of building practices
• Experience of internal finishes and M&E is desirable
• Excellent client facing skills
