The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with a leading Ni Contractor who are on the lookout for a Site Manager on a Wind Farm project. The company a currently recruiting for a Site Manager for this project in the rural Derry area. 

Ideally our client is looking for someone who has a strong background in Civil Engineering and Management and will have a strong knowledge of energy projects including wind farm and turbines. 

The Role:

• Responsibile for all aspects of Site Management ensuring compliance with legislation and company requirements (health, safety, environmental & quality)
• Daily planning and organising of site to ensure completion on time, within budget (labour, materials & sub-contract costs) and to the satisfaction of the Client
• Efective management of project programmes, tradespeople and sub-contractors to ensure compliance, quality work and delivery of labour targets
• Someone who can manage large scale projects, the managers, the client, raise standards and deliver.

The Candidate:

• 3^rd level qualification in relevant field, site management, civil engineering or relevant experience
• Proven experience and track record of managing projects from inception to completion
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Pro-active approach
