Site Manager - Extensions & Refurbishments (Belfast / Greater Belfast)

CSR Construction is currently recruiting on the behalf of a medium sized building company that predominantly work in Northern Ireland. The contractor continues to expand their workforce as a result of securing additional projects, to their already substantial order book. The project is working with the housing executive, carrying out small scale extensions, new building and refurbishments. Highly competitive salary / package on offer, with a van / fuel card. Long term local work.

Requirements:

• Joinery / Bricklaying background
• Previous £500K project experience
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Strong team building skills
• Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry important

Responsibilities:

• Ability to help deliver multiple projects on time and to perfection
• Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information
• Manage and motivate site teams
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Produce reports on job progress
• Reporting to the Construction Director
