Site Manager – Drainage/Groundworks - FTC

The CSR Group are seeking to appoint a Site Manager for a housing project on the North coast

The successful candidate will be well versed in Groundworks, quality control, subcontractor management and production of project handover documentation.

Based on site the successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in a variety of civil engineering projects, ranging from groundworks and drainage to structures and fencing.

Packages around £40 – 50k (DOE)  

The Role:

  • Support all business objectives
  • Keep good relationships with everyone on site and also clients
  • Ensure that works are accurately and clearly set out before work is programmed to commence
  • Provide timely and accrete reports
  • Organising men and ordering materials
  • Capable of working on complex projects with min supervision

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as a Site Manager
  • Previous groundworks experience is desirable
  • Civil Engineering / construction Qualification.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental legislation
  • Experience on organising men and ordering materials
  • Capable of managing complex projects with min supervision
  • Experience in working in a fast paced and intense environment
