The Role

Our client a leading construction specialist in the construction industry is seeking a site manager for a residential manager in Kildare for 100 units for a mix of apartments houses.


Role and Responsibilities

·         Support the project manager in delivering the project to the highest quality-completed on time and within budget

·         Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information

·         Management of materials and waste

·         Management of site health & safety

·         Monitor site labour force along with liaising with subcontractors




·         5 Years’ experience

·         Excellent organisational and time management skills

·         Communication skills and ability to work well within a team

·         Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.

·         Excellent people management and client skills.
