The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Ireland’s largest commercial refurb and building contractors.

The company, based in County Antrim are currently recruiting for an additional Site Manager to join the team, due to a number of new projects won in Belfast and along the North Coast.

Ideally the candidate will have manage projects from £500k up to £5m.

Packages around £40-55k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• Extensive experience commercial projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing up to £1.5m worth of work
• Site Supervisors Card
• First Aid

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Contracts Manager level.
