Your Impact:

As Site Manager, you will be the driving force behind the execution of this high-profile pharmaceutical project. Your leadership and experience will directly shape the project’s success, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Take ownership of site management: From day-to-day operations to overall project timelines, you’ll be in charge of making it all happen.
• Lead and inspire a dedicated team: You’ll manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless collaboration at every stage of the project.
• Ensure world-class safety and quality standards: Pharmaceutical facilities demand the highest levels of safety, compliance, and precision. You’ll be responsible for maintaining these standards throughout.
• Drive project delivery: Take a hands-on approach to ensure milestones are hit, challenges are solved quickly, and every aspect of the project runs like clockwork.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: A proven track record as a Site Manager on large-scale, complex projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
• Leadership Skills: Strong team management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. You’re someone who leads by example and knows how to bring out the best in others.
• Problem-Solver: You thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. When challenges arise, you handle them with a solution-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety: You’re a champion of site safety and quality, with a solid understanding of the latest regulations and best practices.
• Degree or Relevant Qualification: A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
