The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Ireland’s largest commercial and residential developers. The company, based in Co.Antrim are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for an apartment project in Belfast

Ideally the candidate will have a good residential project history on schemes valued at £2million plus and a keen eye for detail.

Candidates with a strong engineering background required.

Packages around £50 - 60k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• Extensive experience on apartment projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £2M worth of work
• Site Supervisors Card
• First Aid
• Experience with ground beams and piling works

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Contracts Manager level.
