CSR are working with a leading construction company specializing in high-quality residential developments. Their latest project in Swords, North Dublin, will deliver over 100 contemporary units designed with modern living in mind. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our dynamic team to ensure the successful delivery of this major project.

Role Overview

As a Site Manager, you will oversee all on-site activities, ensuring the project is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the broader project team to maintain project momentum and manage all site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Manage construction schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare and submit site progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Resolve any challenges or delays encountered during construction.
• Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects of a similar scale.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• A strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software is desirable.
• Relevant qualification in construction management, engineering, or related fields.
• Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and any relevant certifications.
