The CSR Group have an immediate requirement for a residential project in Monaghan Town. Our client are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a 21 unit social housing scheme, ideally the candidate will have a good engineering background but trades backgrounds will also be considered.

Packages around £50-55k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• Ideally from an engineering background
• Experience in apartment projects would be advantageous
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £2M worth of work 

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Contracts Manager level.
