About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the construction of a 75-apartment residential development in South Dublin. This is a pivotal role, requiring a hands-on approach to manage all aspects of the construction process, from planning and coordination to execution and completion. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Monitor project progress and adjust work plans as necessary to address any delays or issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation.
• Foster a positive, productive working environment, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in site management, preferably within the residential construction sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multi-unit residential projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
