Largest provider of integrated facilities services is seeking to appoint a Site Lead to the team. They provide essential services across a wide range of industries ranging from commercial office buildings to airports, hospitals, data centres, manufacturing plants and many more.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with the client to ensure that equipment issues are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain continuous improvement environment focused on client needs.
- Develop implement and monitor performance against targets/KPI’s.
- Responsible for PO generations control of the ordering system and material receptions.
- Act quickly/efficiently on issues arising from audits example audit close outs.
- key conduit between site manager and operational staff on site.
- Demonstrate significant improvements to the operations arising from analysis of feedback and changing business needs.
- Manage the machinery operational performance to demonstrate the cost effectiveness of the of the overall utilities operation.
- Support delivery of site services within budget. Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and tracking to plan for financial costing.
- To develop and ensure that the planned preventive maintenance schedules are completed in accordance with the agreed schedule and assessed on an ongoing basis, the effectiveness of the PM schedules.
- To ensure records of work carried out is recorded on the clients CAFM system.
- To supply details of performance or facility support contractors on an ongoing basis as part of the contractor selection process.
- To attend daily/ weekly site meetings to agree appropriate maintenance is carried out with minimum disruption to production.
- To develop and implement structured reporting methods to ensure client visibility.
- All assets to be set up for your work stream with relevant tagging system.
- Document all spare parts required and ensure that all are set up and dispersed location.
- Challenge all MTC/SLA contracts and ensure all equipment and areas are covered.
- Ensure all PPMs are set up for your area and ensure all our value add.
- Drive all help desk work and ensure quick response as and when required.
Requirements
- Trade qualification in Mechanical or electrical discipline.
- Formal qualification HNC/HND in mechanical or electrical discipline with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in a technical supervisory role.
- Previous financial experience and responsibility for purchasing.
- A full, clean driving licence, with access to own vehicle.
- IT literate including knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
