Site Engineer – Sligo

CSR group is looking for an experienced Site Engineer3 years’ experience for an upcoming project in County Sligo due to start in the next few weeks. This project is an educational one and about the €8 million and will last at least 18 months. The company is one of Irelands leading Construction companies which is family owned and delivering quality projects over the last 50 years. In the last few they have grown and looking to expand their team in the North West.

The Role

• Setting out and levelling Site
• Working closely with the Site Manager
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Making sure all health and safety best practises are being followed
• Quality management and BCAR co-ordination

The Candidate

• Degree in Engineering in either Construction/Civils
• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Setting out experience with GPS, total station and Autocad
• 3 years + in a similar role with a main contractor/developer
• Accuracy, keen eye and a methodical nature
