Our client based in the Bandbridge Area are seeking to appoint an experience Service and Maintenance Accounts Administrator.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Review Engineers Job Cards to identify remedial works.
- Generate Quotations from completed Job cards and issue to clients.
- Convert approved Quotations approved Sales Orders and issue to engineers.
- Convert completed Saler Orders to Invoices and issue to clients.
- Work with S&M manager to schedule planned remedial and reactive works.
- Generate weekly & monthly accounts based reports.
- General administrative duties.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by Management
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in a relevant job role
- Computer literate and proficient in the use of Excel
- Good customer relations skills and telephone manor
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office & Outlook
- Logical and sensible approach to daily tasks
- Ability to work to deadlines and cope with a varied portfolio of work
- Good interpersonal Skills
- The ability to process a large volume of information timely and accurately
Desirable Criteria
- Flexible and practical approach to daily tasks
- Experience in Power Bi Software
- Ability to cope with the reactive nature of the role
