This Main Contractor, based in North Down, with work throughout Belfast and the greater Belfast area, prides itself on its reputation as an honest, family run company with high profile clients, this construction company has a large portfolio of Private and social housing schemes throughout Northern Ireland.

This is a new role for our client managing a team of Engineers already in place.

Criteria

• HND / Degree Qualification in Engineering
• Minimum 4/5 years' experience as a Site Engineer
• Site Safety Pass
• Detailed project list for work history, with values

Duties

• Reporting to the Project Manager
• Managing a team of engineers on multiple projects
• Maintaining an exceptional high standard of health and safety
• Maintain continuous professional development to ensure appropriate technical awareness
• Assisting in the management of sub-contractors and involvement with meetings
• All aspects of Setting out and Supervision
