About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Site Engineer to join our team on a major multi-phase residential development in North County Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-profile project with a reputable and fast-growing main contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Set out and level the site in accordance with drawings and specifications

·        Oversee the day-to-day engineering requirements of the site, including surveying, setting out, quality control, and supervision

·        Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality standards on site

·        Coordinate with site management, subcontractors, architects, and consultants

·        Monitor and record progress, quality, and materials on-site

·        Support the Project Manager in delivering the project on time and within budget

·        Assist in resolving technical issues and maintaining site records/documentation

Requirements:

·        Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

·        Minimum 4 years’ experience working on residential or mixed-use construction projects in Ireland or the UK

·        Strong knowledge of setting out, site safety regulations, and construction methods

·        Proficient with surveying instruments (e.g., Total Station, GPS), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office

·        Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

·        Ability to work well under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
