Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager

CSR is currently working with a  leading main contractor based in North Dublin in their recruitment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager.

The Role

Working alongside the existing commercial lead, this is a new position within the company.  You will oversee the delivery of a number of complex projects with the support of the existing, close-knit commercial team.

Criteria

·         Educated to degree level in Quantity Surveying or relevant RICS accredited topic

·         Previous experience delivering commercial, residential or Fit-out projects.

·         Excellent communication and organisational capabilities

·         The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
