My Client a major Tier 1 Contractor require a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Civil Engineering Arm.

The Company have successfully secured many new Civil Engineering Projects and require a Senior Quantity Surveyor for to manage a project here on the Island of Ireland.

The Role

o    Ensure robust, accurate and timely cost/value reporting

o    Ensure accurate cash flow reporting takes place

o    Update monthly CVR

o    Carry out effective cost management

o    Responsibility for subcontract letting negotiation and financial accounting

o    Prepare applications for payment

o    Contribute towards effective interaction between commercial and operational site teams

o    Effective Variation management and reporting

o    Liaise with the client and other third parties on commercial issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or other relevant construction discipline
• Proven experience of managing junior Quantity Surveyors
• NEC contract experience
• Excellent Time Managing Skills
