Senior Quantity Surveyor –  Dublin

A Leading general building contractor with offices throughout Ireland is currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver projects in multiple sectors. 

Based out of their Dublin office, you will work as part of a close knit commercial team ensuring the successful delivery of a number of landmark construction projects throughout Dublin.

The family run Company has been in operation for over 60 years and has built a reputation for delivering a range of complex projects to a number of blue-chip clients.  With a firm focus on Quality, health and safety and an innovative approach to meeting client’s requirements, you will be joining a leading contractor.

The Person

·         Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar

·         10+ years in a similar role ( ideally with previous experience working with a main contractor)

·         Previous experience working on projects over €10m is beneficial

·         Strong negotiator

·         Excellent communicator

·         The ability to develop and mentor junior staff

·         Quality focussed
