Senior Quantity Surveyor

A growing main contractor in Dublin is currently looking to recruit a Senior QS to run projects throughout Dublin & Leinster.

Reporting to the Company owner, you will oversee projects in areas such as high-end residential, primary care, education and commercial.

You will come from a strong QS background with demonstrable experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously.

The Person

·          Degree in Quantity Surveying

·          10+ years’ experience

·          Flexible approach

·          The ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish

·          Keen to take ownership of projects

·          Strong negotiator
