My client is a Building Contractor with projects throughout Northern Ireland. They are wishing to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on Education & Commercial projects. 

The role is fully autonomous and will include;

• Cost control, planning, forecasting and estimation
• Valuations - including value engineering and management
• Feasibility studies
• Cost benefit analysis
• Writing reports and preparing documents (plans, contracts, budgets etc.)
• Risk analysis evaluations
• Dispute resolution
• Managing project funding sources and submitting bids

The successful candidate experience will have main contractor experience in commercial new build projects. It is essential that you have a degree in Quantity Surveying, and have a minimum of 4-5 years' experience.
