Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading building contractor based just outside Dublin is currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to run projects in and around the Dublin area.

With a strong pipeline of work, the company has undergone strategic growth in the last 5 years and is now in a position to bring in a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for the delivery of multiple projects ranging in value from €7 - €35m. 

You will report to the Commercial Lead and will have full ownership of projects from inception through to final handover.  Project areas include; Healthcare, retail, commercial, residential, student accommodation and Hotels. 

The Person

·         Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or coming from a strong commercial background

·         7+ years’ experience in a similar role

·         Demonstrable experience of delivering projects on time and within budget

·         Strong commercial acumen

·         Contractually astute

·         Excellent communication and leadership skills
