Senior Quantity Surveyor (Residential/Housing)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work for a successful residential developer in Co. Derry.

You will work as the Senior QS within the organisation, be involved on residential projects within the Northern Ireland region only.

Reporting to the MD, you will be responsible for the following:

• Final accounts
• Sub-contractors tendering
• Sub -contractors payment
• Cost plans
• Valuations
• Variations
• Cost reporting
• General main contracting QS duties including, procurement, CVR's, subcontract payment, valuations, variations, final account.

Ideal Quantity Surveyor Candidate:

• You will have 5/7 years' experience within the residential or commercial building sector
• Chartership Status is beneficial but not essential
• IT Literate
