An Industry leading Main Contractor with offices throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe is currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to Manage a prestigious project in Central Dublin.

The project is a mixed-use development due to commence in July with a duration of 18 months and is valued at €60m.  The successful Quantity Surveyor will take complete commercial responsibility for its successful delivery and will report to the Commercial Director. 

With a strong focus on health and Safety, quality and sustainability, the company are at the forefront of Irish Construction contractors and has built a reputation as a market leader.  They have delivered some of Irelands most well-known construction projects and are currently strengthening their Commercial Department. 

The Person

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 10+ years working for a main contractor
• Experience delivering projects valued €10m+
• Excellent management experience
• the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Client focused
