Senior Engineer/Project Manager – Dublin

CSR group is currently recruiting for a Site Based Senior Engineer looking to progress into a Project Manager. Our client is one of Irelands leading Residential and Main Contractors. The company itself has been around for roughly 20 years delivering quality projects throughout Ireland.

This role offers serious progression.

The project is a medium sized apartment block project due to start in the next few weeks.

The Role

• Attend all Site Meetings
• Oversee all trades and labour
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Making sure all health and safety best practises are being followed
• Quality management and BCAR co-ordination

The Person

• Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Engineering
• 7+ years’ experience
• Main contractors experience
• The drive to be responsible for exceeding targets.
• High level of ability and advanced knowledge of Construction methods and technologies
• Excellent eye for detail
• Highly skilled in MS Project
• Work with ambition of promotion
