Senior Contracts Manager – Dublin

CSR is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to work on a very large scale Residential/Apartment and mixed use project in South Dublin. The company is one of Ireland's leading main contractors over the last 60 years who specialise in all aspects of the Construction Industry. They pride themselves on delivering high quality projects on time and within budget. Due to their ongoing success throughout Ireland, they are actively seeking a highly experienced Contracts Manager to join their Dublin team.

The Role

·         Providing specialist technical leadership

·         Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets

·         Implementation of best practice in project controls, performance management, and Project Reporting.

• Attend tender handover meetings and deliver pre-start meetings to the site team
• Ensure a commercial plan and end of life forecast is in place and monitored monthly for the successful commercial delivery of the project 
• Produce and analyse progress reports, updated costs and forecasts
• Complete and distribute the Contract Initiation/Completion form for each project 
• Ensure weekly review of progress, budget resources and forward planning are carried out
• Chair and attend internal and external meetings and ensure the production of accurate records of any discussions and actions 

The Person

• Construction/Engineering qualification
• Demonstrated track record of 'end to end' programme management experience in a similar role as Contracts Manager on large scale projects

·         10+ years management experience on large scale projects.

·         Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

• Leadership experience of managing high performing teams
• Effective communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills
