The Opportunity

A long-time client of CSR has a new requirement for one of their BIM positions. With some prestigious projects in Belfast and some in the UK, a position has become available for an expert in BIM. Involved heavily in the design team and working alongside the engineers, should you have the relevant experience you could step in a BIM management role with one of the most dynamic and experience teams in Belfast.

With a full order book for 2019 including a local £70 million project recently secured that will see you involved in the design team of a project right in the City Centre, there is no better time to be joining this team.

Role & Responsibilities

You will be working alongside the associate directors and existing part time BIM Manager and will be responsible for the following (not limited to):

• Design in the use of BIM and Revit
• Constant management of BIM workflows
• Preparation of project specific BIM Execution plans
• Creating Revit families for use by the teams
• To maintain consistency though different projects
• Support and train teams on Revit and BIM protocols
• Ability to troubleshoot any BIM issues

Required Skills & Experience

·         Experience working on large scale Revit projects (submitting example drawings would be of great benefit)

·         Skilled user of Revit, and understanding of BIM protocols

• Degree level qualification
• Working independently
• Excellent communication skills and an aptitude to mentor and train
• Able to work accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations
