Sales Administrator - Belfast

On behalf of our client a leading utilities contractor in Belfast City Centre the CSR Group are seeking to appoint an experienced Sales Administrator.  This is an exciting opportunity for a someone who is willing to grow and develop within the business.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • To provide the highes levels of customer care 
  • Raise invoices 
  • To provide administrave support to the sales team 
  • To accurately input and process customer orders
  • Create and send quotations on behalf of the Sales Team
  • Check and create Sales Order through SAP.

Essential Criteria:

  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Proficient with all Microsoft office 
  • Excellent commucnication skills 
  • Previous experience in a similar role
