The company are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a one of a kind residential project in South Belfast.

The candidate will have an excellent house building background and a keen eye for detail, with experience in one off, multi million pound builds.

Packages around £50-60k plus van & fuel.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in private housing projects
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Capable of overseeing £1.5M worth of work

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate site teams
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
• Organise and coordinate labour
• Reporting to Contracts Manager level.
