A successful construction and engineering business based in both England and Northern Ireland is seeking an internal recruiter. They have a great opportunity for an established construction recruitment professional to join their growing business based out central London. This role will be responsible for identifying recruitment needs and implementing a suitable and effective recruitment strategy to engage and attract top talent for a variety of roles across multiple corporate disciplines.

Key Responsibilities of this role will include:
Use online and other sources to recruit talent.
Work alongside senior management to identify needs
Define ideal personnel profile and work proactively to attract this level of talent
Present and negotiate job offers.
Key Experience/ Skills:
Experience recruiting across various disciplines in the construction/engineering sector.
Proven experience in direct sourcing.
Ability to be self-sufficient and work autonomously.
